NURTURE HEALTHY HABITS
Our innovative Panthers rise to conquer challenges with grit and determination. The sustained mental stamina and efforts required for achieving academic success will inevitably leave some Panthers exhausted and unwell without proper recharging and skills for coping with stress. The Be Well Panthers Initiative is designed to help Panthers - be well and do well. Georgia State offers a variety of complimentary services and programming aimed at maintaining and strengthening student resilience skills through the promotion of mental and physical well-being.

Be Well, Do Well
Mental health is a key part of health. The Counseling Center and Student Health Promotion offer free screenings to help determine quickly and easily whether a professional consultation might be helpful to you – it is a check-up from your neck up. The screenings are anonymous and after completing the brief questionnaire you will immediately see your results, recommendations and key resources that are available to you. The online screenings are educational in nature and not diagnostic.

Be Well, Feel Well
